Race #5 of the summer series this Friday coming (2-August)
Same format as previous months - registration under the north arch of Tweed Bridge from 6:15pm
Race starts on seventh strike of bells at 7:00pm
Runners registered from previous races - turn up with your number on the start line (after your warm up obviously)
New entrants - registration from 6:15pm
This months race is a two lapper for seniors and the regular one lapper for juniors.
